Donation request: Lanesboro Arts Fundraiser

Monday, August 17th, 2015

lanesboro-logo

Dear Artist friends and supporters

We are already crazy busy getting organized for our Nov.7 fundraiser “Swingsation”. It’s going to be a bit different this year with Tapas and roaming around and generally updated.

I am making my annual appeal to you all to ask you to donate a piece of your artwork for our amazing art auction. This auction raises enough money each year to keep our doors open through the winter and support our winter programs so we can continue to offer arts experiences through out the year.

Every year you all overwhelm me with your generosity and it is sincerely appreciated. The Artists are the number one supporters of this event. That says a lot. Once again, any artist donating a piece valued over $500 will receive one free ticket to the event. This will be non transferable because we love to have artists represented.

If you’d like to donate, we can take something from your inventory here in the gallery, or perhaps you have something special in mind you’d like to send to us.

There is an enormous amount of prep work for this event, so the sooner we receive your donation, the better. Again, I humbly thanks you and appreciate your donation.

It is my honor to serve you and with your help support the arts in a big way.
hope to hear from you soon
Robbie
