Artist Statement

Bette Globus Goodman, an Art and Commercial photographer is intrigued with the challenge of portraiture and how the energy of life is expressed thru the visual media of photography.Recently she has been exploring the subject of aging and often uses her body as a provacative metaphor depicting myths and reality.

Bette's photo's, IMAGES, a stock photography adventure, has been distributed nationally for purchase in conjunction with Jewish Family Service of Mpls.a United Way Agency, and her work also have been published in brochures, videos,cd and book covers, annual reports and in private collections.

Bette's studio is in TZCVA, an art co-op and she is of the belief that the exotic and meaningful imagery is just around the corner.
